Cheesy Chicken Tenders
Serves: 4-5
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1in. strips
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. Total flakes, crushed
- 1 c. of almond slivers
- Salt and Pepper
- 3/4c. finely shredded cheese
Directions:
Dip strips into melted butter and roll into dry mixture of flakes, cheeses, salt and pepper. Place in large baking dish (greased). Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
