Recipe of the Week-Sausage Cheese Muffins

My family loves this recipe! 8-)

Sausage Cheese Muffins

Ingredients:

1lb. Hot sausage, cooked, rinsed, and broken up.

2 cups SR flour

1/2 stick of butter, melted

1 egg

1 cup of milk

1 and a 1/2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

Mix well everything but sausage and cheese. Blend and add sausage and cheese. Bake in a greased muffin pan at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Recipe of the Week- Strawberry Lemonade Slush

OK, I am finally posting a recipe! YAY!!! This slushy drink is really good on HOT days in the summer, so give it a try! :-)

Strawberry Lemonade Slush

Serves: 3-4

Ingredients:

- pink lemonade mix
- 1/2 cup of water
- 3 cups of ice cubes
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen strawberries (frozen strawberries will need to thaw first)

Directions:

Measure drink mix to 1 quart line in cup (the cup that comes in the drink mix container) Place drink mix, water, ice cubes and strawberries in blender container; cover. Blend on high for 10 seconds. Turn off blender. Stir with spoon; cover. Blend for 5 more seconds.

*Serve immediately. Store any leftover slush in freezer.*
