You know how sometimes I put up a huge post with tons of pictures? Well, this is one of those posts. I apologize, but I wanted to include all the “really good” pictures of the Historical Ball without having to have two different posts. :-)
For those of you that haven’t read my last post, my family and I went a Homeschool Historical Ball on Saturday night. It was a fun filled night of dancing, fellowship, and lots of laughter. The only thing that would of made it better would have been to not have had the pouring down rain and freezing cold temperatures. It has never rained on the night of the ball before, but it certainly did this year! Let’s just say that it wasn’t very fun when we left that night and had to load up the cars…it was 38 degrees, windy, and pouring down rain. It was absolutely freezing outside! Despite the rain and cold temperatures, we still had a wonderful night. Here are some pictures of our enjoyable evening! I hope you enjoy! :-) ![]()

The beautiful and very photogenic, Sarah-Anne.
Handsome young gentlemen… {Andrew and Clark}
We always get to the church a little early to light the lanterns and make sure we have everything ready for when the guests arrive, so I was able to take a few pictures of the beautiful decorations.
The ballroom was absolutely stunning- these photos, do not give it justice at all.

It was simple, but very elegant. :-)
The following pictures were taken right before everyone arrived in the parlor. ![]()
Have I ever mentioned that it’s really weird when your “little” brother is taller than you? Because it’s really strange. :-)
Me and my sister. I love you, Katie! :-)![]()
More snapshots of the ballroom… {Left to right}- Jenna, Sarah-Anne, and Moriah.![]()

Congratulations on getting through all of the pictures. :-)

I believe I commented on many of these when you posted them on Facebook, but I can't not leave a little note here to say once more how very lovely each and every one of you look! I especially like your gloves, being that they look more historically accurate than many I have been able to find. Where did you get them?
ReplyDeleteHave a good evening!
