Today is Katie’s 21st birthday! We’re celebrating later this evening by going out for dinner at one of Katie’s favorite restaurants and enjoying her birthday dessert afterwards. I made a Strawberry Cheesecake Pie for her earlier this afternoon. I can’t wait to try a slice tonight! ;-)
Katie is a wonderful sister… She works hard everyday, she makes me laugh, she likes to have fun, she makes awesome grades in school, and she is a very sweet and caring person. I’m so thankful for my sister and I treasure all the days I have to spend with her… I hope and pray that if she gets married one day that she will live nearby. 
Did I mention that she is very talented and beautiful? No? Well, she is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. I will say that we don’t get along every single day, but for the most part…we enjoy each other’s company. ;-)
I can’t tell you how much I love you, Katie. Thank you for being yourself and being such a wonderful sister! ;-)
