Can you believe it’s only 4 days away? Time flies by so quickly…
We’ve been busy around here these past weeks and I’m really glad that Christmas is almost here…
Our Christmas tree is so pretty this year! We are so blessed to have so many gifts under the tree. It breaks my heart that so many people won’t have anything to give their families this Christmas. I wish I could do something for them…
These next few days are going to be busy for us…We’re finishing the wrapping today, we baked cookies for the neighbors yesterday, we have family coming in tomorrow for the day, and Friday and Saturday are pretty busy with cooking to do and last minute things to check off of the “to do” list. 
Between all the craziness these next few days, let us remember the true reason of the season. Let us never forget that Jesus is the reason we celebrate Christmas. It’s not supposed to be all about the gifts, Santa Clause, and how many parties you attend. We need to keep Christ in Christmas...
Well, I’m off to go finish the wrapping and then work on baking some more cookies for my Daddy. He’s been asking for some peanut butter cookies lately and since it’s a dreary rainy afternoon, it’s the perfect time to do some baking. :)

I love that snowman garland! It's so cute! I tend to have a soft spot for snowmen. :) I'm baking lots and lots of cookies today for a project going on at church. We make baskets every year for the poor families in church and fill it with baked goods, toys, and things they might need. :) It's lots of fun and I enjoy the baking every year!
